MC, The way I see it is they have funding right now. Thats if i read the last paragraph right. That is a good sign, not great but good. I'm all for looking at different options for funding but I don't think adding more shares to the float is it. Especially from insiders. Thats going to be my point break, if insiders sell that tells me they don't have the confidence to be able to continue. If they hold that tells me they aren't giving up and I'll support them. They need to keep updating us about the situation which will show they really do want to take care of their long term investors. To me all this helps build confidence. Who knows if they get current, keep news flowing, and hold their shares I may even looking at helping pick up the pieces and buy more shares to lock up for the longer term. Finding a jv partner with $$ would really help immensely
