I agree. You know that lawsuit that was "settled"? Well, I've done a little research on the process.
First, CWS and Sandia Technologies agreed to settle two months ago.
However, the plaintiff, CWS, has not yet filed a Motion to Dismiss. So, technically, the fat lady hasn't started singing yet.
Curiously, APII/WAFR elected to publish a PR a month and a half after the agreement, but before the case is officially dismissed. Hmmm...
I'd love to peek behind the curtain myself.
