I'm not worried in the least.

Only 3,618,999, of the total 163,336,989 traded,
was short volume.

If you'd look at the weekly chart,
you'd see all is well.

SUGO will trade sideways over the next several weeks,
trading between 0.0004 and 0.0006,
setting up for another impulse move-up,
to lift the stock above 0.0008, IMO.
