Would BPs that saw confidential data
be able to buy PPHM? Would also assume they signed NDAs with peregrine.

I also assume they would have been shown other confidential interim trial data from other studies / ISTs along with the PHIIB NSCLC data that as of now is suspect.

Would buying pphm be insider trading?
