[From yesterday, October 5,2012]
"Spoke with a guy from morningstar today. Stated something about increasing authorized amount and we should all learn about this tomorrow. He also stated that there were offfers on the table and in discussions for financing. I am thinking that may be part of the reason for increased authorized amount. We will learn more to this story tomorrow it sounded like.
