No, that's the date for the Microsoft tablet and windows 8. Tagg hasn't announced a date to release their apps.

On a side note, I wouldn't look into tagg as a long term stock. It's being heavily promoted and even if it was a legitimate company, there will still be a mass exodus when the promo is over.
