Hi there. You are so right about that. But I do still don't understand at all - any clues to why this "sell out". I mean $GRPR is so much more than just 10 % in Garcia 3 in Texas. Just think about all the possibilities. Now I will contact my Danish broker for a credit line - I want to buy in alot at these levels. Just imagine that $GRPR did succed with ½ of all their projects then eventually the pps would be above $1 in a year or so. They have the financials to move on and make profit out of Texaz in order to make cash to develop California - but of cause we must await the approvel there.

All I can say - ADD and ADD at this level - hold them for upto 1 year and make a huge profit.
