Nice post. Although there are a lot of lawsuits out there, my team of investigative attorneys and I think that the forced selling of MSWM shares may be the result of someone having a "tax problem" that resides in New York State. This individual may have had to sell their MSWM shares to pay their New York State tax debt. Months ago, MSWM shares had a value of 50 cents ea.
400,000 shares of MSWM was worth about $200,000.00
We did obtain information on an individual living on Long Island owing New York State close to $300,000 in back taxes. This person is a metaswarm shareholder. We did a search on each person we ever spoke to about MSWM over the past four years. The information we obtained is public record, found on the internet. That is all I can post at this time. Coincidence? maybe.
Lastly, it appears that New York State does not own any MSWM shares. SLICK
