I've been in accordance with you all along with the effects of dilution and it's effect on MSLP currency, but have NOT been very effecient in understanding filings as they have been released.

I have taken the time to review and articulate my findings (albeit on a delayed basis) with my beliefs "hopes" of where the company is headed...without over reacting to any news, which has made me fail (to date) as a trader; as their have been multiple bumps to improve my position.

With that being said: Why do you perceive NO CFP and that the SS is headed in a continual spiral?
They have reduced warrants exponentially.
They have temrinated agreement with Southbridge.
They have settled with JMJ.

Why has MSLP made these drastic changes to SS and whom is holding these positions? Seems like a lot of work to go down the same path you are suggesting...
