Sorry to have to disagree but the target date was sept 30 for the JV deal. The JV deal is a material event and must be filed. He does not have to put out a PR to have news. An 8k would be news and required if he completed a JV.
If the "news" is not released the deal is not done yet.

As for "silly price predictions"

It seems they are "silly" if the PPS is dropping but they are "great charts" when the PPS is going up.
We have nothing to do but wait. If I choose to guess where the PPS is going while we wait, that is my prerogative. It is on topic and I am as much a member of this social network as the next guy.
I realize a falling PPS is not popular with some people but all stocks fall and rise. That is the reality. There is nothing wrong with a stock with a fluctuating price. It is normal and healthy.

SRSR just happens to be fluctuating down at the moment
