No, for the lack of financials, thats all... which is taken care of as we speak...
Calling stocks a scam without having knowledge what it entails is idiotic in my book!
So easy isn't it, standing on the sidelines and say scam scam scam... its meaningless with this stock, and it ain't a dead cat bounce either... cats don't bounce for 4 days in a row... Besides, the SEC can't prohibit a buy-out... But you're right, I shouldn't give your board any more attention than it deserves... GLTY
