FWIW, among others, one of the reasons I am optimistic of postive HEAT results is HCC lesions greater than 5 cm has proven to be poor canidates for RFA treatments. However the HEAT trial includes patients who have lesions upto 7 cm..which is good for TDOX as the drug will kill this missed areas as well (> 5 and < 7 cm). Hopefully we have enough patients to fall in this bracket to make additional significant difference on the overall trail outcome..
