The GOB when confirmed oil will let them put out a PR. TECO and the GOB have been in discussions and are on the same level now. Believe it or not this is what it is. Non-believers can verify this with TECO and if still not satisfied then you should not believe anything TECO says. This will come out soon when the PR comes out. Call the company or just wait and see.
