at the sacrifice of those already willing to invest...great logic. BS, the SEC is a dog on a leash...who is holding the leash? lol..it not a F'n goodwill agency helping the "poor" American investor. Just another instrument of capitalism to make rich men, richer. The SEC go legally go after just about any company if they were spurred to do so.
