If I understand you correctly, antibiotics have been tested in atherosclerosis but, until now, not in PAD, specifically. I wonder why ActivBiotics thinks they will work. Since ActivBiotics is a private company, the PAD trial can’t be just to please Wall Street (unless they are getting ready for an IPO). Regards, Dew
