Shorts to cover peace b/o
Assuming Saddam will really commence destruction of the missiles on Saturday -- I think we get a late day ramp today just like two weeks ago when the shorts covered to avoid a peace breakout over the three-day weekend

This continuing episode of possible peace by installments is quite a soap opera whichever way it ends ---- but I think the US and Iraq eventually get divorced and domestic violence breaks out in Iraq's house with predictably horrible results for one of the parites who will be horribly battered-- you can guess which one
