Question please PowerPole.

The only place I have seen ref to """if stock is offered, it will be "restricted" or "preferred".""" is by folks previously posting to message boards. I've yet to find those words directly from PBLS. Hate to sound lazy, I'm not as I have tried to find it, but can't. A little help in guiding me to a PBLS release stating that they have no intention of using common shares would be great. Thanks in advance.
