I guess I'm expecting the Culliss PA to be allowed, in the same way that MSJ was denied....... It was allowed before, and at this late stage i can easily see the judge saying: "I'll let the jury see all the evidence and decide." That might indeed spook some. But, if it is balanced out by disallowing USPTO re-exam into evidence, then things could be a wash...... pure spec on my part.....
The volume the last two days certainly suggests a HUGE change in ownership characteristics that may lead to less certainty by the holders. I'm expecting volatility to increase with each court announcement pro and con........
If USPTO re-exam WAS allowed into evidence, that would freak even me out! But seems like that probability is very small.......
