Beause they will now legally be allowed to use a curing method, which removes toxins to below detectable levels, imagine what a competetive advantage that is, they will most likely be screaming it from the roof tops. Is that reason enough? what price tag should be attached to be able to sell "healthy cigarettes"I don't have an answer to that, but I believe that shareholders in RJ will be very happy for RJ to use this technology going forward, no matter what the settlement is.
