there are two seperate issues and to get the value, and one may have to seperate the wheat from the chaff. the first issue is whether bavi has value. the trial was suppossed to validate that. the trial was botched. mgmt is blaming someone else. imo, to get the value of bavi which is the wheat, we need to get rid of the chaff which is mgmt. i do think help is on the way.
