Good advice there tenkay strange as that sounds. Kmag is showing strong support at this level considering the circumstances. The SEC is learning KMAG's side of the story. The 15c2-11 for a company with Kmag's assets, patents, revenue and history is a big undertaking and will take some time as will the years of audited financials. KMAG will trade over .02 before it leaves the grey market.
