OT: Software Licensing

Everytime you agree to use a Windows product by agreeing to their licensing terms you acknowledge that Microsoft is not legally responsible for your data loss. Until businesses and consumers decide to demand accountability for software products companies like Microsoft can get away with this nonsense. Could you imagine agreeing to a license for the purchase of a new Automobile which make it impossible to hold the manufacturer responsible for defects. Refusing to agree to software licenses that prevents us from holding these companies accountable is the quickest way to motivate change. We need a Lemon law for software.
