That is just somebody that comes on the penny stock boards to try and act like they are a whale. Trust me there are many many people that have 17,000 dollars they invest with daily. This guy wants you to believe he doesn't make an investment any smaller than that. Now you tell me what idiot would be playing penny stocks if that were the case?
