Today we began to play in the 6s. Hmmmm. Whats interesting is that there is a stock that got suspended by the SEC for a supposed questionable PR and the stock is now relegated to the greys and still pending SEC investigation, and yet, it is soon to be trading at higher price than icpa and manages to have big green jumps daily. Is the market essentially saying a grey stock that was suspended by sec is worth more than icpa?
