Go ahead and buy into the hype produced by Adam F and the like. NOTHING HAS CHANGED, yet! Until they announce what the discrepancies were in the coding, and whether or not they were in favor of Peregrine, you do not know what the end result will be. Shorters like Adam or Dew feed on fear and once they have a few sheep on twitter re"tweeting" everything they say people begin to act like it is fact. The only fact is, that NO ONE KNOWS what the end result will be. It is just as likely the data is even BETTER than originally thought, rather than the trial being a complete loss and causing the stock to go BK (which would not happen, you ignorant fool, they don't owe any creditors anything, so they are not at risk of BK until they run out of money in April, which would not happen due to the new contract as well as the multiple potential buyout/partnership situations).
For all I know the admins just going to delete this post anyway, as lately they have a habit of not liking anything that is not "directly related" to the stock. Guess the shorters can bash all the want but god forbid someone replies and lets everyone else know their post is ludicrous....
