Agree completely, I mean come on .51...really..?? This is ridiculous, it's almost like they have given up already. That's the one thing I hate about dealing with foreign companies, I think they are oblivious to what it takes to be liquid here in the US and when they can't raise any capital they give up to quickly. I've seen it happen many times but mostly Chinese companies, this isn't Chinese they should be doing better then this, it's just sad.
