I think those of us who watch this stock closely sometimes get too close to it and can't see what typical investors probably see. I went to the Yahoo finance news page and scanned the news headlines for the past year. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=ERHE&t=2012-10-02T03:01:00-04:00

Those of us who keep track of ERHE daily (or every minute in some cases) might at times get frustrated by the pace of progress, but the headlines tell a different story. Imagine you were learning of this company for the first time and reviewed the headlines below. You would be looking at a company that has greatly boosted its technical capabilities, has formally secured interests in Chad and Kenya and is expecting to wrap up negotiations on PSCs in Sao Tome. It has regular quarterly conference calls and held its AGM a few months ago. Its website looks good, is regularly updated and has an exhaustive FAQ.

Some sit here scratching their heads about the rise in share price, but to an outsider it probably looks like ERHE is a speculative play, but worth every penny of its $105 million market cap. Especially in relation to the one-dimensional stuck in neutral peer company HDY's $119 million market cap run by the guys certain posters here heralded as genius oil men prior to its 90+% plummet.
