Being delinquent in filing the financials is reason enough for the SEC to suspend a stock, as the SEC was given these guidelines from Congress as mean to find potential shady companies & practices. Once the GTGP filings are current, and this was the only reason the SEC suspended the stock, the company will receive a No Action letter from the SEC. At which point the process of being eligible for quotation can be started. No one is claiming that this is easy and will be done in a matter of weeks, it will take many months for sure. In the meantime, while trading on the Grey's, the stock will respond to strong news, which we all know is coming...
