Does it mean that if the stoc doesn't get over 5 cent they can not dilute, or do they just have to wait for Jan 1, 2013!!??? That is why they will file BK JAN 1!!! Ed has no stock of any significants, and the Patents are not worth the paper they are printed on!!! HTLC and Vertical farming BWHAHAHHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
