I told myself I was done posting but heres my thoughts anyway. Sorry wayno you can delete me at anytime.

1.)In regards to the fins being late. Please take notice of this site. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GDGI/filings
If you look at all the quarter listings, notice the ending dates compared to publish dates. They are all aproximately 2-3 months late. The fins will be out!

2.)My take on the pps. I see a company that is about to make the bigtime. Share issuance locked for till march.

2a.) Tells me debts can be paid for without shares (meaning revenue)
2b.) Shows me confidence within the company, better days ahead (and they know it!)

Now my theory

GDGI is a company about to break loose. There are around 150 mill in the float and locked. Debt paid for awhile. We have a .0033 pps sitting in a .10 cent chair. If I was an insider or in the know and wanted to be able to scoop up a few more shares for myself how could I do it. Well late fins create uneasiness, I'd start there. I wouldn't want to crash the pps enitrely so I'd create a buzz to keep interest flowing (contracts coming). How do I skirt the sec because they frown on companies going dark and then pulling moves based on uncommon knowledge. Hmmm I probably strike a bargain with a buddy or 2. Have them buy shares up preferably large blocks towards the end of the day after the low is known (T-trades). Oooops pps starting to gain traction. Hmmm no bid support, good news a few hundred k will drop this baby like a stone. Who knows maybe it'll even catch a couple stop losses on the way. After I get my fill... to the moon baby! Of course throw in the flippers because they make everyone nuts sometimes which helps the whole story line and they don't even know it.

To me a scenario like this explains a lot. I believe something impressive is coming. I have to throw in that this is pink land and almost anything goes and does if a company or companies play it right. Now I must say that everything here is MY OPINION ONLY.
