I couldn't disagree more. I find it totally implausible that the current(and past) state of Q's finances are not a serious cause for consternation amoung potential carriers.

Companies like to know who they are doing business with and routinely examine each others finances when making decisions.

One point that a lot of folks seem to be missing is that many cable systems around the country, as well as the satellite providers, are strapped for bandwidth. Channel slots are at a premium on many carriers' systems.

The carriers surely do not want to waste these channel slots on comapnies with shady looking finances such as Q currently displays. So when Joe Bigwig from Big Cable asks Frank about revenue gaurantees, what do you think he says when Frank responds, "We have the neccessary financial backing. You can take my word for it."
