An AMD spokesman underscored that his company is not suing the companies

AMD has charged Intel with entering into discount agreements with OEMs that violate the antitrust law and hurt AMD. It takes 2 parties to make an agreement so AMD is actually saying that the OEMs -- the ones AMD wants as customers -- are also antitrust violators.

Great AMD marketing plan !!

AMD... hopes to obtain these documents in the manner least burdensome to them

The least burdensome response for the companies is tell AMD to go p*ss up a rope. A few of the companies will probably do just that.
