I may have missed this somewhere but did it say how many shares were given to the board of directors and the management team? If not I wonder when they will inform us of that?

“In addition to assuming and satisfying corporate liabilities, G & A Capital agreed to provide stock compensation packages to both the board of directors and the management team, thereby eliminating the necessity of an additional dilution event, at a time when our stock was trading for under half of a penny per share.”

Lots of good information coming out. Let’s also hope that maybe they can get through that permitting process a little quicker than stated.
