Go look at the full history of KMAG. I did and I felt a lot better about it. I know a lot of people who have full voice mail boxes, it even happens to me some time. I would much rather he stayed busy in sustaining and building revenue or working with his auditors and lawyers than to spend all of his time soothing investors fears on the phone. His 2 press releases, and the amended financial filings and attorney letter which were issued after the suspension should have done just that.

A little research will tell you that the amended OTC filing and Attorney letter can be used to reinstate to pinksheets, and it has been done successfully before by other companies, including one that was suspended at the same time as KMAG and who say they are going to do it again.

The update after the suspension made it clear that KMAG is working on audited financials and a registration statement to uplist above the pinksheets.

Try to put yourself in Jeff's position. What would you be doing now, answering the phone or making contacts and taking actions that could remedy the situation?
