Good questions nanopatent. I would add..

A PR stating how the AD blitz went?

Perhaps a mention of how many folks took advantage of the $2 rebate. That would indicate the number of sales as a result of the AD blitz.

News on filing would be nice. Are they working to get off the pinks?

Those would go a long way to ease investor concerns and hopefully get the PPS moving.
