some brokers will allow folks to buy the stock and it does not settle because they figure one day it will settle. this would mean that someone must be willing to buy it and take a chance that one day it will trade. this is a big speculation indeed. so again, we must ask, why would someone buy it if it can't settle until some undisclosed time in the future? hmmmmmm I think this is a good good sign of the things to come.....somebody be knowin' sumpin
