The problem is, we can look at the finances for Twin Air and the Maint. Operation all day, it means nothing if AAVG is bleeding the small available profits to pay the heavy debt owed by them. They couldn't pay the auditor, couldn't pay the DOT fines, couldn't pay their storage unit rent, among other things.

I think the writing is pretty clearly on the wall, AAVG is in serious trouble and dragging Twin Air down in turn. They are grasping at straws for new ventures, but apparently very prematurely announcing these. IMO
