Extremely frustrating. Remember, the receiver is, or at least has said he is, waiting for the Markman decision to communicate (finally) with shareholders as to CLYW's future! Mr Receiver, how about throwing us mushrooms a bone, huh?

For example, has enough time elapsed since your appointment for you to figure out the total amount of 'legitimate' expenses that need to be settled before the distribution to shareholders? Just give us a number. Or how about something simpler... how many legitimate shares are outstanding?
