We all know IMDS is in business to sell shares, to keep management in their do nothing mid six figure jobs.

You had someone claim to have received inside information directly from the CEO that she turned down a SIX MILLION DOLLAR financing because of terms, but IMDS has no issue with the current massive toxic funding that drove the price to .0001 at 50% market discount. Who is management looking out for?
