agreed very good explained. still, at the moment the chance that a stock doesnt even has the chance to run up is high with these plays. APS plays for example (wich is one of the bigger promoters) used to be great winners one year ago. if you look now, they start a pick and immediately dilute into the buyers. this is why im happy we are not in any of these lists.
