This company has never delivered in terms of increasing shareholder VALUE.

I don't know what your cost average is, but I'm pretty sure you've been around for several years. Most shareholders who have held this stock more than 20 months or so are up several hundred percent on their investment. Some have cost-averaged upwards. Some have already covered their cost basis and are riding free shares going forward.

There are not many companies that can boast that kind of shareholder value.
