I really don't care about the Trilacorpe merger anymore anyways. We're a Holding Company and partnering with Trillacorpe instead of giving them 51% and then always having to give them shares when we do deals to keep them 51% makes no sense. Think about it. A Partner Ship is much better for EEDG then a merger at this point.

I Love what Dr Ben has done. Turning us into a holding company gives us so much flexibility the sky is the limit.

EEDG shareholders will be rewarded.

Seems like Chavis has everything lined up and ready to go now.
