With Monday being a holiday and the market closed and counting today sirg now has just 6 more days to take care of this:

The Company entered into a Convertible Promissory Note with Asher Enterprises Inc. on January 9, 2012 in the amount of $37,500. The note has an interest rate of 8% with the maturity date of October 11, 2012.

Probably going to get really interesting with sirg in the next 6 days.
