Good find eet2. The the industry needs a better mouse trap. With all the labs currently working on food safety we still are getting lots of news about contamination's making people sick and even some deaths from food borne pathogens.

And now this, the USDA can't afford to protect us. It looks like the economical cost of use and ease of use of the MIT 1000 will be a perfect for this important industry. It also looks certs won't get here any too soon.
