.15 on the bid? Good grief. I remember this one when it was $2-$3. The usual OTCBB MM nonsense, take her down on every sell, then create a large spread, so that everyone has to take a loss. Don't know much about them. Just remember the crap on Yahoo indicating the float was 1000 or something crazy.
