AMVS: Automotive Specialty Concepts, Inc. Corporate Update Comes Well Received.


Trains, planes, and automobiles! Well at least automobiles. Many readers have followed the mimicked DexSports Motto "Turn on AMVS and Turn off boring stocks." The company performs like bucking bull, as it has rallied into the teens and back to the low .04's and back. Sitting with a low float buying drives it up as fast as selling drives it down. The company is moving fast into its business model with several important and lucrative areas.

Congress has recently formed a committee already to stop the raid of steroids into Middle and High schools as well as the DEA is being pressured and looking for ways to stop this. The committee held their first of six meetings on July 7, 2005 to find ways to stop this. Is this “perfect timing,” in every sense of the word, to persuade them to back our fundraising and drug awareness programs? Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling is actually part of the committee. The public is looking for role models to help fight the ongoing battle with our kids. Putting together a strong team with Mel Renfro, Mychal Thompson, already has began the movement and we could ideally even get Mr. Schilling to get involved.

Many schools are pushing for testing but it is not possible because of lack of funding. They say we need to focus on education. What better then our programs? The programs with push talk about not only steroids but other drugs and the importance of education. And we reinforce the message with positive products such as t-shirts, light switch covers, and night-lights in which the schools make up to 60% selling them. They get education, capital, and a positive message all in one. In my opinion you could get the DEA to be a major part of this and get distribution into all of the schools throughout the nation. This could equate to millions of dollars of revenues and decreased rates of steroid use. In turn it is truly a major win-win for everyone.

The switch plate business is a very large scale operation. The products range from fanatical preferences to advertising space. Like for our fundraising and awareness programs, it promotes a great message. The targeting of such programs and customers will be firmly added to our business plan and will see growth on a timely basis.
