Actually he's not on hiatus. He is defending himself on all charges and continues to hold chart reading seminars. Innocent until proven guilty in the US. I do not know if he did anything illegal. The courts will decide. What I do know is many shareholders bought into the 'Float Lock Down" theory and it cost them big time. I actualy made some money on his plays. Except for those dusty, dirty, in a box xytos shares....lol..oh well. It's a jungle out there.
