What is the "20 MILLION" going to cost shareholders per the LOI PR? That aint coming for free.....they have 18 million shares left under the current authorized share cap to work with.....20 million bucks?....on a .04 stock?.....doesn't look like enough shares to get it done.....Reverse Split or an increase in authorized shares and MASSIVE DILUTION is LOOMING LARGE.....just loomin'

The formation of the JV will include the funding necessary for the completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study (the "Study") for the project, (or the expenditure of $20 million towards the Study) and payments to Nio-Star.
