I am having difficulty in understanding this part.It says the law will fundamentally change the nature of the existing global supply chain for the defense industrial base. It does not consists of only include high risk micro chips.

What does it mean by "include the anti-counterfeiting provisions".

Does it mean DNA marking should be there for all DOD contracts?If this is true then we cant imagine how high the stock will go in next 2 days.
Does it mean some other anti counterfeit technology will be included for some contracts?
