I guess that Chinese officers in government like in Europe, in US, like in Canada; they don't like to work and not at all on holidays. Who is going to write a letter? To stamp a letter? To post the letter? And then, who is going to translate the Chinese letter in Canada....and then Scott needs another week to get the PR released. Nothing within the next 5 days in super best case, rather take 10 days in account for good case!.
